THEATERS NEED YOUR HELP!

HELP SAVE YOUR LOCAL THEATERS!

We are truly in an unprecedented time for cinemas.  Cinemas across the country are being forced to close their doors due to the COVID-19 virus.  Hollywood is delaying their movies until late 2020, if not even later.  Many of these classic cinemas were already struggling to keep their doors open, and this could be the last curtain for some of them.  I don't care if it's a locally owned single screen or AMC, things do not look good.

Many theaters are trying innovative new things to try to continue to bring in funds to ensure that these theaters are still available when this crisis passes.  From curbside concessions sales, to online donations, to merchandise sales.  In our continued efforts to help keep these theaters open, we will be keeping a running list of all theaters we are made aware of that are using unconditional means to keep these treasures alive.  Each theater name listed is a link to either their website or Facebook page for more information!

If you know of any things that you would like to have listed, please contact us on Facebook or at David@americasclassiccinemas.com.

Let's keep the projectors running!

ABOUT US

America's Classic Cinemas continues to travel across the county, collecting photos and memories of these places that have provided entertainment to so many people.  It is important to give these places an online presence in order to share them with both those who have fond memories, and those whom have never had the opportunity to visit them.  All images are the property of David Leonhardt  unless noted and cannot be used without permission.
